REACTIVE SERVICE - OUR ENGINEERS ARE ON CALL 24/7 365 DAYS A YEAR
We understand it's frustrating for our customers when they are unable to display or store chilled or frozen products due to a refrigeration problem. Our engineers are always nearby and ready to respond within an agreed service level agreement - often within 4 hours of logging the call on our bespoke software service system. Our engineers work from fully equipped vans and keep stock of all common and universal spares. We can also keep a bespoke level of equipment specific spares for customers who have a service agreement with us.
Our engineers are highly experienced and qualified to work on a range of refrigeration systems including HFC refrigerants and natural refrigerants such as CO2 and hydrocarbons.
Our primary aim is to provide a first time fix and leave your equipment at setpoint temperature.
Unlike many, our service department is managed by engineers and not call centre operators, with the correct temperature monitoring and control systems in place, we are able to dial into your refrigeration system remotely, allowing us to start diagnostics off site. Likewise we can also make requested alterations to system setpoints etc. without attending site.
