CELLAR COOLING & REFRIGERATION SERVICES

Keeping a good cellar is at the heart of every publican and vintner. 

It starts with keeping the cellar temperature at a steady temperature - 13° C for cask ales. Lager tends to be served much cooler and this is often achieved by flash cooling the larger as it is served at the pump. But whatever the temperature you wish your cellar to run at, Newman Refrigeration has a design solution and product for you. 

We are agents for all the well-known cellar cooler brands, such as J & E Hall, Beermaster, KD Cellar Star and more, however as we employ in-house refrigeration design engineers, we can tailor-build a bespoke solution for your special applications, such as glass-fronted reach in or walk in ‘on display’ cool storage, home wine cellars, large refrigerated beer warehouses and more.

We can also recover the heat we extract from your beer and wine cooling process and transfer it into your domestic hot water system! For a larger, busy public house, the typical cost payback for this heat recovery/energy saving is under 3 years – so you'll be saving money and you are doing your bit for the environment too!
