Loon Fung - Stratford

Loon Fung was established in central London in the1960's and was one of the first Chinese supermarkets in the UK. In 2014 they opened their supermarket in Stratford, East London to supply oriental foods to the growing population in the area and beyond.

The Criteria:
There was a small unused warehouse space in the Stratford Shopping centre where the client wanted to use the space as a cold store. Due to the size of the area we have to meticulously design and fabricate a fully bespoke cold room  to fit the space to fulfil the client's needs. 

We got to work providing the cold store fabrication build, Refrigeration system installation, Mains electrical designed and installed, comms and small builders works - creating new freezer cold store for additional frozen storage. The end result was one happy client, a very happy team of engineers, and many happy customers with even more delicious food options!
